Girls in grades K-8 are invited to develop the instrument within them... their voice! Designed for beginner singers, the BRAVO Voice Club endeavors to grow confident singers by exploring concepts such as:

  • breath support

  • intonation

  • solfege scale

  • beat and rhythm

  • resonate tone quality

  • vowels and diction

  • ear training

  • vocal registers

  • staff notation

  • expression

We strive to create a safe community of support, where all students are encouraged to overcome shyness and inhibitions. It may take time, but providing an atmosphere of positivity helps strengthen girls' confidence.

At home practice is required for students to progress and grow in their skills. One or two books are typically used by students to aid in practice, for which Mrs. Wenger will provide amazon links.

Girls learn in different ways... so for our youngest learners, puppets are a big part of the fun! Group games are also employed at every level, as they serve as wonderful community-building tools and also aid in discovery of concepts.
